I recently had the pleasure of working with Bellepoint Projects and Jacob Fajloun on a large-scale renovation of my investment property, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience from start to finish.

The renovation included a complete gut and remodel of the bathroom and laundry, covering everything from framing and waterproofing to tiling and fittings. Jacob was also very accommodating when I wanted to purchase some fittings myself. On top of that, he organized the full interior and exterior painting of the house, as well as the sanding and resealing of all hardwood timber floors—all done with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Every trade Jacob brought in was skilled, courteous, and professional, and the final result was nothing short of amazing. I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome and would 100% recommend Bellepoint Projects to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and high-quality renovation team.
